Our menus are created by Head Chef Jason Wright, who sources ingredients from local farmers, fishermen and producers to ensure only the very best our region has to offer is served up. Our menu includes the finest meat, fish and vegetarian food around.

Head chef Jason Wright obtained our first AA Rosette at The Swan in May 2015, The menus are created with local & quality produce in mind complemented by a modern British style of cooking.  Jason and the team like to take a loved classic dish and then re-creating it to keep up with the latest food trends.

Our restaurant is open for lunches Tuesday - Sunday 12.00pm - 2.30pm and Suppers Tuesday - Saturday 6.30pm - 9.00pm.

As our dishes are all made in house the majority of the menu can be adapted to suit most deitary requirments such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan. If you have a food intolerance or a special diet please always inform us upon booking in advance so we can do our absolute best to accomdate your needs.

 

Our produce is sourced as local as possible and Jason loves nothing more than meeting with native producers and farmers and seeing exactly where the food comes from to ensure the quality is up to the standards you’d only expected at The Swan.
